SOMATICS OF SPIRIT : Each one of us is a Body of God
Somatics of Spirit is in service to the embodiment of the divine. It is the bridge between Matter and Spirit, the dance between will and surrender.

At a time of access to so much information, the work I do in the healing arts serves the process of remembering and integrating, not flooding the system with more protocols to “fix” or heal.
My primary intention is to repair the fracture of separation of body from spirit. To access our own power to lead this process and work with our innate organic intelligence.
We do not work towards a fixed state but rather inhabit the frequency of desire, in service to feeling worthy of the yearning itself, not to the outcome (of Heaven on Earth).
Spirituality lives in the descent into the body. Being in the body requires us to be here and now, not in escaping the reality of the Truth of what is, the truth of who we are, of why we are here and of what is in the way of us fulfilling our dharma / blueprint.

The journey unfolds through three core containers: Mother Nurture (Truth + Community Care), Creative Counsel (Creation + Life Force Mentorship), and Medicine Counsel (Embodied Leadership + Aligned Action). Each space meets you at a different threshold — from unraveling and witnessing, to harnessing your creative intelligence, to activating your medicine in service to yourself and the collective.

Mother Nurture is the first gate.
This is where we walk into the shadows. Where we stop trying to fix and begin witnessing. Where motherhood, womanhood, and identity shifts are honored as rites of passage — not pathologies.
MOTHER NURTURE = TRUTH
Mother Nurture is Community Care: A virtual field devoted to creating and modelling a culture that honours the sacred work of Women and Mothers.
The field is rooted in integrity through embodiment, peer witnessing, and reflection
We come together a minimum of twice a month online, in ceremony, to witness, share and commune with the path of motherhood and the reality of being spiritual beings in human bodies.
Mother Nurture cultivates a field of Presence with Truth; women arrive to unravel and be with all that wants to unfold.
The Mother Nurture community is a space for adjacent / circular teaching and support. I hold the space but each mother sits alongside one another - in commitment to receiving her own wisdom and the collective wisdom of the group.
Members describe this space as “deep transformative therapy”.

Important to note:
This membership enrols a few times a year via an application process
There is a 3 months minimum commitment required
Most women are in mother nurture for at least 1 - 3+ years but you are welcome to leave anytime after 3 months
Maximum 25 women in the space at time
New Moon calls are open to every woman in Mother Nurture as an opportunity to take up space to be held and witnessed.

“Mother Nurture was born out of the baptism of fire that was my postpartum. I yearned for a space in which I could unravel and hold myself in the presence of women who needed the same loving witnessing. This was the only way I could move through the rite of passage in integrity as it was obvious how easy it was to be swept up into the paradigm of pathologizing and fixing mothers when all they need to presence and witnessing to feel and access their own power. What I have noticed in my years of therapeutic support of women while navigating any rite of passage, is that any attempt to fix is futile as it bypasses the necessary process of death and rebirth when our identities need to shape shift. This process cannot be rushed”

This is for:
Mothers transitioning from the intense mothering era to creation era.
Women who are ready to choose themselves and learn how to tend to their life force in a way that serves their expansion and the health of their lives and families.
When mothers give birth, they turn inside out, birthing not only external life, but their own innate creativity and (previously) dormant life force. Women tend to feel bursts of creativity and inspiration but have little time or space to channel or nurture it. When we are unable to tend to our own blooming, we stagnate, lack “purpose” outside of mothering and feel de-pressed.
This is an opportunity to “practice” remembering our essence, to express and make way for a clear pathway to gain deeper inSIGHT into our PURPOSE through creative counsel in community.

MEDICINE COUNSEL = MEDICINE
We cannot create our own medicine without becoming a channel. Becoming channel requires discipline and repeated action - something our nervous systems and all its hierarchical states NEED in order to align with energetic law, with the three laws of creation
Your capacity to create (anything) with your life force, is your medicine.
For years as a collective we have been rediscovering our innate capacity to heal and belong to ourselves, without needing to be saved or fixed. We are stepping OUT of the old paradigm of pathology and INTO the new paradigm of power. Our creation potential is our power, is our medicine - it’s what we need and it’s what the world needs from us. Whether your medicine is quiet and private, or loud and public - there is no hierarchy when it comes to creation. Once we have activated our medicine and begun USING it, there is no turning back. We have activated something that no-one else can ever give us. There is no greater liberation.
