This container is the expression of my life’s work. My mastery in alchemising pain into power. Being institutionalised in 2007 and choosing “sobriety” (integrity) would be the start of a lifetime of not being victimized and broken by the pathologies that have been constantly thrown at me, including "recovering addict”, depression, postpartum psychosis, alopecia, to name a few.
Pain / trauma is simply trapped power. Together we shift this narrative for you and excavate what is keeping you stuck in victim, pain and powerlessness.

I'M NOT HERE TO ASSUME WHAT YOUR SOUL IS OR WHAT IT WANTS.
IN FACT IT IS ONLY YOU WHO KNOWS.
BUT AS SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN IN MANY FORMS OF THERAPY / COACHING, FOR 18 YEARS, I KNOW THE POWER IN THE THIRD FORCE EXCEPT MOST THERAPISTS BECOME INTERFERENCE INSTEAD OF SUPPORTIVE CHANNELS.
THE EGO OF THE HEALER / HELPER DOESN’T ALLOW THE CHEMISTRY OF A CLIENTS INTERNAL POWER WITHIN (NOT POWER OVER IN THE FORM OF KNOWLEDGE AKA THINKING THEY KNOW MORE OR BETTER)
I HAVE AN EGO THAT HELPS ME RUN THE PROGRAMING OF MY PERSONALITY, WE ALL DO AND WE NEED THIS TO A CERTAIN EXTENT.
BUT IN MY WORK / CREATIVE CHANNEL I AM IN CONSISTENT RELATIONSHIP TO THE SURRENDERING OF THE EGO BECAUSE IT IS NOT MY PERSONA THAT CREATES THE CHEMISTRY OF TRANSFORMATION - IT IS MY ESSENCE, MY SOUL, WHICH COMES FROM THE DIVINE. MY PRACTICES OF DEVOTION KEEP THIS IN CHECK. AS MUCH AS THEY CAN WITHOUT SPIRALING BACK INTO EGO. (BCUS THAT IN ITSELF CAN BE A TRAP )
WHEN MY SOUL / ESSENCE TRULY LEADS, THERE IS NO INTERFERRANCE.
IT IS ONLY THROUGH SURRENDERING THAT WE INVITE THE THIRD FORCE IN.

Partners in Parenting: Monthly 75 min sessions for parents needing a witness and neutral third force to help facilitate conversations, awareness and move through conflict.
I hold space for and mentor on the energetics of a family system. My teachings are based off the work of Rachelle Seliga and Silvia Urbani - the physiologic design of the mother baby dyad, of motherhood and the blueprint of creation.
